Torn Pages

This project began while I was working in the Library. Weeding Art books was a very difficult thing for me.  This ongoing series is a collaborative work (at least I see it that way) with Frankenthaler.

Recycling her book instead of throwing it away made a way for me to reconcile saying goodbye to it.

Thirty-five are shown of the 89 paintings created so far.  This project is yet unfinished.
